There are three key outcomes that we look to deliver at MedCon:
•Feel the Purpose-Driven nature of this conference as soon as you enter the room.
•Expect orchestrated engagement with your peers across the industry on topics you are passionate about.
•Find attendees openly sharing their expertise to help advance the industry in collaboration with global regulators.
•Work side-by-side with regulators to deepen the understanding on both sides of challenges and opportunities.
•Identify solutions that will protect your patients around the world, your company brand, and your business.
•Talk about the “elephant in the room” to get to the real pain that plagues our industry.
•Learn what you didn’t know you didn’t know! Other industries successfully demonstrate what the device industry lacks. Walk away with real solutions.
•Hear directly from speakers who passionately challenge the status quo.
Making a Difference…
•Work through real working models that can improve the reliability of your product…today.
•Learn how you can be part of the solution.
•Understand who your stakeholders are so you can implement meaningful and sustainable change.
•Leave the conference armed with action plans that are orchestrated throughout the conference and solidified before you leave.
A welcome reception is held at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel on Tuesday night before the conference. It begins at 5:00 pm and hors d’oeuvres and cocktails are served. It is the perfect opportunity to meet with other attendees and begin discussions related to the exciting agenda.
The Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel continues to be our primary hotel for the conference because of the high quality service, discounted rates and free amenities provided to our out-of-town guests. The Tuesday Night Welcome Reception is held at the Hilton and optional Shuttle Service is offered from the Hilton to the Cintas Center. The landmark hotel is centrally located in downtown Cincinnati.
Xavier Health aligns its work with the highest strategic priorities of the FDA. The relationship has been established by formally co-sponsoring our conferences. Xavier University is also leading an Integrity of Supply initiative that cuts across Food, Drug and Device, and has formal engagement with the FDA Office of the Commissioner.
Xavier Health was established in 2008 to carry directly into industry the mission of Xavier University which is “Making a Difference.” Xavier Health utilizes the neutral ground of the university to engage industry stakeholders in meaningful dialog on the most important industry challenges in an effort to identify solutions. Xavier Health challenges the status-quo and often shifts paradigms as the issues are addressed head-on.
The Conference Shuttle Service provides exceptional value and convenience. It offers transportation between the Downtown Hilton Hotel and the Cintas Center at the beginning and end of each day, to evening events, and to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport for your departure — all for a one-time fee of $50.
