The Cintas Center was built in 2000 and houses a 10,250 seat multi-purpose arena and nearly 18,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. It is conveniently located at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the home to the Xavier Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams as well as the Women’s Volleyball team.

The Cintas Center exceeds all service and structural requirements stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible parking is available to guests with disabilities with the appropriate hangtag or license plate on a first come, first serve basis. The Cintas Center welcomes assistance animals.
The Cintas Center features 2,150 parking spaces around the building. There is never a parking fee charged to attendees at a Cintas Center event. A parking pass is not required during the conference.
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on the Xavier University campus. Guest are welcome to smoke outside the building.
If you are locked out of your vehicle or need a jump start, the Xavier University campus police can help. Contact campus police dispatch by simply calling 513-745-1000.
Xavier Health has once again chosen the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza as its headquarters hotel for our guests. The Hilton has an array of benefits to offer and has extended a discounted rate for our MedCon Attendees.
For MedCon guests, we offer daily shuttle service to and from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel (Downtown Cincinnati) and the Cintas Center at Xavier University for a one-time fee of $50. This fee includes transportation every day of the conference and to the airport at the conclusion of MedCon.
