  • Welcome Reception-Tuesday, May 6th at 5:00pm Please join the MedCon Strategic Committee at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza for a Welcome Reception on the 2nd floor mezzanine of this historic hotel. Reconnect with colleagues and make new connections. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

  • Shuttle Service-Each morning and evening of the conference For Xavier Conference attendees, we offer a morning shuttle service from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel (Downtown Cincinnati) to the Cintas Center at Xavier University. Please indicate if you would like the shuttle to return to the Hilton at 1:00 p.m. on the last day of the conference, or to take you to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

  • Closing Lunch-Friday, May 9th at 12:45pm At the close of the conference we are able to have box lunches available to participants as they go to the airport, or for those who want to stay and continue networking. If you would like a lunch, please let us know!
