The FDA/Xavier MedCon Conference will take place at the award winning Cintas Center at Xavier University. As a registered attendee you will receive 2.5 days of robust and collaborative discussion with FDA Officials and Industry Experts. Breakfast for all three days is included in your registration fee. Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday is included in your registration fee. A boxed lunch for Friday after the conference can be purchased during the registration process for $13.95.

  • Shuttle Service-Each morning and evening of the conference

    For Xavier Conference attendees, we offer a discounted shuttle service from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel (Downtown Cincinnati) to the Cintas Center at Xavier University. On the last day of the conference, the shuttle will take you to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport or back to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.
