Why should I stay at the conference hotel?

The Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel continues to be our primary hotel for the conference because of the high quality service, discounted rates and free amenities provided to our out-of-town guests. The Tuesday Night Welcome Reception is held at the Hilton and optional Shuttle Service is offered from the Hilton to the Cintas Center. The landmark hotel is centrally located in downtown Cincinnati.

What is the relationship between Xavier Health and the FDA?

Xavier Health aligns its work with the highest strategic priorities of the FDA. The relationship has been established by formally co-sponsoring our conferences. Xavier University is also leading an Integrity of Supply initiative that cuts across Food, Drug and Device, and has formal engagement with the FDA Office of the Commissioner.

When/why was Xavier Health established?

Xavier Health was established in 2008 to carry directly into industry the mission of Xavier University which is “Making a Difference.” Xavier Health utilizes the neutral ground of the university to engage industry stakeholders in meaningful dialog on the most important industry challenges in an effort to identify solutions. Xavier Health challenges the status-quo and often shifts paradigms as the issues are addressed head-on.

How do I become a sponsor for PharmaLink?

Xavier Health relies on sponsor companies to produce our high quality conferences and programs featuring the industry’s subject experts. It’s a great way to give your company visibility while demonstrating your support of the FDA/Xavier University PharmaLink Conference. We have many levels of sponsorship, including various formats to highlight your support at our conferences. Why should I use the Conference Shuttle Service?

The Conference Shuttle Service provides exceptional value and convenience. It offers transportation between the Downtown Hilton Hotel and the Cintas Center at the beginning and end of each day, to evening events, and to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport for your departure — all for a one-time fee of $50.
