Is there an opportunity to meet conference participants before the opening session?

A welcome reception is held at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel on Tuesday night before the conference. It begins at 5:00 pm and hors d’oeuvres and cocktails are served. It is the perfect opportunity to meet the Strategic Committee, Speakers and other attendees to begin discussions related to the exciting agenda.

Why should I stay at the conference hotel?

The Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel continues to be our primary hotel for the conference because of the high quality service, discounted rates and free amenities provided to our out-of-town guests. The Tuesday Night complimentary Welcome Reception is held at the Hilton and optional Shuttle Service is offered from the Hilton to the Xavier University Cintas Center. The landmark hotel is centrally located in downtown Cincinnati.

What is the relationship between Xavier Health and the FDA?

Xavier Health aligns its work with the highest strategic priorities of the FDA. FDA has formally co-sponsored the FDA/Xavier University PharmaLink Conference (March of every year), and the FDA/Xavier University MedCon Conference (May of every year).  Xavier University is also:

Why should I use the Conference Shuttle Service?

The Conference Shuttle Service provides exceptional value and convenience. It offers transportation between the Downtown Hilton Hotel and the Xavier University Cintas Center at the beginning and end of each day, to evening events, and to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport for your departure — all for a one-time fee of $50.
