PharmaLink Registration

The FDA/Xavier Health PharmaLink Conference will take place at the award winning Cintas Center at Xavier University. As a registered attendee you will receive 2.5 days of robust and collaborative discussion with FDA Officials and Industry Experts. Breakfast for all three days is included in your registration fee. Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday is included in your registration fee. A boxed lunch for Friday after the conference can be purchased during the registration process for $13.95.

Companies who would like to host a Supplier using the “Bring your Supplier for Free” promotion must have that supplier contact Marla Phillips at with the name and four digit confirmation number of the paid registrant who is hosting the supplier. Suppliers not hosted by a paid registrant should register below as a “Supplier.”

Conference Options

  • Welcome Reception-Tuesday, March 14th at 5:00pm

    Please join the PharmaLink Strategic Committee at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza for a Welcome Reception at this historic hotel. Reconnect with colleagues and make new connections. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

  • Networking Reception-Wednesday, March 15th at 5:00pm

    After the conference sessions on Wednesday, benefit from open dialog while enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres. You and your colleagues can continue to share ideas and explore issues with Strategic Committee Members and speakers in a pleasant, informal setting. The Shuttle departs the Cintas Center for the Hilton at 7:00pm

  • Shuttle Service-Each morning and evening of the conference

    For Xavier Conference attendees, we offer a discounted shuttle service from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel (Downtown Cincinnati) to the Cintas Center at Xavier University. On the last day of the conference, the shuttle will take you to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport or back to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

  • Closing Lunch-Friday, March 17th at 12:30pm

    At the close of the conference we are able to have box lunches available to participants as they go to the airport, or for those who want to stay and continue networking. If you would like a lunch, please let us know!
