Registration

The FDA/Xavier PharmaLink Conference will take place at the award winning Cintas Center at Xavier University. As a registered attendee you will receive 2.5 days of robust and collaborative discussion with FDA Officials and Industry Experts. Breakfast for all three days, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Thursday evening Networking Reception are included in your registration fee.

Bring your Supplier for Free!  Each attendee who would like to host one representative from a Supplier can have that supplier contact Marla Phillips at phillipsm4@xavier.edu with the name and four digit confirmation number of the paid registrant who is hosting the supplier to take advantage of the “Bring your Supplier for Free” promotion.  Each registered attendee may bring one supplier representative for free.  What a great way to share the dialog and learning across your supply chain!  Suppliers not hosted by a paid registrant should register below at the discounted “Supplier” registration rate.

Conference Options

  • Welcome Reception-Tuesday, March 14th at 5:00pm

    Please join the PharmaLink Strategic Committee at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza for a Welcome Reception at this historic hotel. Reconnect with colleagues and make new connections. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

  • Keynote Dinner-Wednesday March 15th at 5:45pm

    **Note, limited seating available. Register today to ensure you can participate in this exclusive event.**

    The evening event will be held at Anderson Pavilion in Smale Park overlooking the Ohio River.

  • Networking Reception-Thursday, March 16th at 5:00pm

    After the conference sessions on Thursday, benefit from open dialog while enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres. You and your colleagues can continue to share ideas with Strategic Committee Members and speakers in a pleasant, informal setting. The Shuttle departs the Cintas Center for the Hilton at 7:00pm

  • Shuttle Service-Each morning and evening of the conference

    For Xavier Conference attendees, we offer a discounted shuttle service from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel (Downtown Cincinnati) to the Cintas Center at Xavier University. On the last day of the conference, the shuttle will take you to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport or back to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

  • Closing Lunch-Friday, March 17th at 12:30pm

    At the close of the conference we are able to have boxed lunches available to participants as they go to the airport, or for those who want to stay and continue networking. If you would like a lunch, please let us know!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 21 days of the start of the program will be refunded one-half of the fee. Please submit cancellation notices via email to Marla Phillips at phillipsm4@xavier.edu.
